01 - Concept & Industrial Design
We work from your product brief — or help you build one. Our industrial design capability covers product architecture, form development, ergonomic analysis, and CMF (Colour, Material, Finish) direction. We bridge the gap between user-facing design intent and engineering reality, ensuring that what looks good can actually be made. |
02 — Engineering Development
This is where most consultancies stop — we are just getting started. Our engineering team takes the design through detailed mechanical, electrical, and thermal engineering. For thermoelectric products, this includes heating element specification, thermal pathway modelling, temperature control system design, power supply architecture, and PCB design. We produce a complete engineering package ready for tooling and production. |
03 — Prototyping & Validation
Rapid prototyping and structured engineering validation are built into our process — not bolted on at the end. We build functional prototypes, run engineering verification tests (EVT), design verification tests (DVT), and support third-party compliance testing for your target markets (UL, CE, RoHS, REACH, and others). We resolve issues before they reach production. |
04 — Manufacture & Scale-Up
When your product is ready to produce, we manage the transition to manufacturing. We leverage Wing Sang's established production infrastructure and supplier network across China and Southeast Asia to set up production lines, qualify suppliers, and oversee pilot production runs. We stay engaged through ramp-up to ensure what was validated in development is what gets shipped at volume. |
